Facility Services

After building several projects and performing several tenant improvements, we realized that our clients not only need a reliable builder, but a trustworthy company to partner with them to maximize the life cycle of their investment, and so our Facility Maintenance division was born! Since our inception, we have grown to service national accounts such as Comerica Bank, Gold’s Gym International, Petco, and Kimco Realty Corporation.

Preferred Service Program (PSP)

We have developed a unique service that we refer to as our Preferred Service Program (PSP). This is a preventative maintenance program uniquely designed to service our client’s individual needs. A uniformed technician is dispatched to your location at a regularly scheduled time to perform a detailed inspection of the facility and immediately perform any necessary small repairs or potential safety hazards. Items of future concern are documented and reported on a daily basis. Our techs are trained to view the facility from the client’s perspective to provide the best first impression when they walk through the door.

Benefits to the PSP Program:

  • Our technicians are like family - they are not just anyone hired from the yellow pages. They know that their job is dependent on your satisfaction. The same techs will be in your gyms each visit - not a different person each time.
  • We are based where you are. It is important in a chain environment to have vendor partners who can make themselves available at a moment's notice - it improves communication, fosters teamwork, builds understanding, establishes better accountability.
  • We know the gyms like no other partner. We've built new gyms, we've remodeled existing gyms, and we maintain gyms. We know how important what we do is in ensuring member satisfaction!
  • We follow-up. Our techs provide daily reports which we review every morning. We look to ensure our techs are productive and getting the job done! We also survey gym managers on a regular basis to identify concerns - BEFORE they become problems.
  • Finally - we build value! We know that in order for this program to work we must continue to seek out more that can be done as part of the program and share that with you. We know that in order for this to succeed we must convert as much work as possible to becoming a result of proactive management as opposed to reactive service calls.
